CONGRATULATIONS Air Force CMSgt William L Parsons Jr,

William Parsons is a CMSgt, Chief Command and Control Policy, HQ AFRC. I first met William "Willie" Parsons in April of 2009 through my Sponsoring Vendor account on DuramaxForum.com. Willie contacted me about AMSOIL Synthetic Lubricants and filters for his 2006 LLY Duramax Crew Cab pickup. After providing Willie with the pertinent information through messages we had the opportunity to talk on the phone. When we did we talked for a good while about AMSOIL lubricants as well as his the overall maintenance for his LLY Duramax.

Part of the conversation we had was about the AMSOIL Dealer opportunity. We talked about initial start up costs, how to advertise, etc. After showing Willie a few initial personal results from my own business progress, he decided to become an Independent AMSOIL Dealer in April of 2009 and opened "Parson's Synthetics" which is now based out of Kathleen, Georgia.

Once he became an Independent AMSOIL Dealer Willie was like a "Dog with a bone", he was relentless. He saw the overall potential of where the average individual can take provided training and build a new source of income. The first thing he did was become a sponsoring vendor on DuramaxForum.com as a sub-vendor in my Vendor group, and his training began.

Along the way there have been many challenges and hurdles to overcome, but with attention to detail, relentless dedication to applying what he learned about marketing and building his business overall; Willie has taken his business from a brand new AMSOIL Independent Dealership to the Premier Direct Jobber level in just over two years, using a combination of local and online marketing of AMSOIL Synthetic Lubricants, filters and other Duramax diesel maintenance and performance products and upgrades.

We here at the Synthetic Motorsports Group would like to Congratulate Chief "Willie" Parsons for achieving this goal, but also for the short period of time in which he did so. Asked about what he credits for his success thus far Willie said:
